Your Dream Job

Students were asked to choose their dream job from the following list:

• Actors
• Politicians
• Musicians
• Writers
• Artists

Each group had a specific assignment related to that dream job. Here are some of the highlights from the students:

ARTISTS: “Draw a scene or comic strip that details what you would do if you could have any super power for one day.”

POLITICIANS: Write a speech. “The city of Olympia has decided to have an election for patron god of the city. You want to be elected. You are going to give a speech to the citizens of Olympia to try to win their vote. In your speech, convince the citizens why they should elect you and not another god or goddess.”
